If you are in need of funding, we at Empire Development may be able to assist. We don't guarantee funding for every single project, however we will help you satisfy the requirements so you can obtain funding. Projects would need to be over 2M USD to be considered.

We've been receiving quite a few inquiries on our design and build services, so here is the step by step streamlined process that we employ:

1. We ask clients, first and foremost, to have a discussion with their creditor to see the amount they are willing to finance.

2. From that amount we advise what can be done and begin the design process according to the budget.

3. We produce the designs and work with the Department of Environmental Health and the DCA on approval of the designs.

4. A Bill of Quantities along with a project schedule is drawn up and you go back to your creditor for final approval.

5. Upon approval, we commence construction.

6. You receive your keys.
