CAii was founded in 2008 by two young professionals who shared the same vision for the future of the design and construction industry in St. Lucia and the Caribbean, and has since then taken on only one new Partner, who shared our vision, and whom we deemed essential to our continued growth. Our company structure is very dynamic, expanding and contracting as is necessary to suit the needs of our c
lients, by drawing on the resources of our various sister companies and affiliates. This allows our principals to concentrate on the design, supervision and administrative aspects of our projects. Our sister and affiliate companies comprise very capable Draftsmen, Photographers, Architects, project managers and computer graphics specialists, giving us a very large support team, capable of handling any work our clients may require. We provide our services to a wide range of clientele, ranging from the first time homeowner, to local land developers, to international firms investing in projects in St. Lucia and other Caribbean islands. The company is very technologically advanced, using any new available illustration and design tool available to help us visualize our designs and relate this vision to our clients. We will comfortably handle all local approvals, having been dealing with personnel in the various ministries and agencies for years. Our experience with local building codes, guidelines and practices, blended with our knowledge and appreciation of the latest trends in construction technology, helps ensure we can forecast possible issues, and propose solutions well in advance, to keep the review and approval process as seamless as possible. Our personnel have gone through many stages and have held a variety of positions in the industry over the years, so we are just as comfortable in office as on site, and can relate just as easily with a site worker as with construction professionals of all levels. Our guiding philosophy is that Architects are the clients’ representatives, so it is normal for us to get personally involved in our projects, keeping a keen eye out for issues arising during construction, and ensuring they are corrected to our complete satisfaction.
