A Digital Government Integrated e-Services (DigiGov) project that would allow the department to provide 154 services, across 8 ministries online via a single access point.
As Saint Lucia continued advancing its digital transformation agenda, government officials, regional development agencies, and international partners gathered last week to examine the leadership, innovation, and institutional reforms needed to modernize public service delivery. The workshop brought together representatives from Caribbean Centre for Administrative Development, United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, and Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean alongside Saint Lucian public officers, with a focus on strengthening institutional readiness for a more efficient and citizen-focused digital government.
