Skin glowing, energy up, waistline behaving itself, and peace of mind returning. Because let’s be honest… sometimes the bread not even the problem… MEN are the real stress carbs.🤔🤣🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️😎

So tonight, being off bread for 15 days and counting gave me the flexibility to lie on my back, lift up my legs and let it slide in easy! 😩😂
