Responsibilities and skilles include, but are not limited to:
1- review of SOWs
2- creating PIA/NDA's
3- Obtaining Proposal/quotation activities
4- Price and payment terms negotiations
5- documentation write-up
6- selecting qualified suppliers and vendors
7- best value analysis
8- purchase order management
9- excellent time management
10- willingness and ability to travel
11- previous experience with goverment contracts & NGOs, processes and procedures
12- Bachelor degree is mandatory
