المادة 79- اذا غاب الابن واحتاج والداه واجداده فلهم ان يبيعوا من ماله ما عدا الاموال غير المنقولة ويسدوا رمقهم، ولهم ايضا ان يستدينوا باذن الرئاسة الروحية. ومتى عاد الابن يفي اما الغريب الذي عنده وديعة للابن فبأمر المحكمة الروحية يعطيها لوالديه
