Studio Kawakeb
Studio Kawakeb is a visual arts studio based in
Beirut and incubated by Beit WARAQ, where they
are constantly in contact with other artists and
individuals working in the field. The studio was
founded in 2015 with the aim of pushing creative
boundaries to contribute to a local and regional
visual exploration in the fields of illustration,
animation and graphic design. Having acquired a set of skills in these practices,
the team is also commissioned to give specialized
workshops in the region.

Art Direction & Booklet Design for the The Artists in Residency Program in Lebanese Public Schools, held under the theme: Shaping Common Spaces. ��Launched in 2017 by BeMA and held in partnership with the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education, this program collaborates with artists to roll out residencies during the academic year targeting Lebanese public schools, and aiming at providing children from different social and geographical backgrounds with the unique opportunity to acquire new skills by working with artists directly.
