Types of permanent residence

“Residence in Cyprus by buying a property” type of permit for investors who buy real estate in Cyprus and have sufficient income from abroad:

Category 6.2 (Fast Track Permanent Residence) can be obtained by investing at least €300,000 (plus VAT) in a new house or apartment in Cyprus.

•• Class F permanent residence requires a real estate investment of at least €100,000 (plus VAT) and annual income from abroad that covers living expenses while in Cyprus, without working or doing business. The required annual income starts from 9,568 euros for a single applicant plus 4,613 euros for each dependent person.

• Class C: Investors who work in their own company, provided that they bring from abroad a capital of about 260,000 euros which will be used in the activities of their company in Cyprus.
