To meet the growing demands of a busy commercial building, Simtec Steel designed, fabricated, and installed the structural steel framework for an additional elevator extension, enhancing vertical circulation and improving the daily experience of building users.
Engineered to integrate seamlessly with the existing structure, every steel component was carefully detailed, fabricated, and erected to ensure strength, safety, and long-term performance while maintaining the building’s architectural character.

For Studio Vision at Beirut Media Zone, Simtec fabricated and installed the façade cladding, double-skin grating system, and polycarbonate elements that define the project’s architectural character.
Blending transparency, texture, and precision engineering, the façade creates a distinctive visual identity while enhancing functionality and performance. Every element was meticulously crafted and installed to bring the design vision to life.
