A generation stepping up to build the Lebanon they believe in🇱🇧

12/01/2026

For the first time, the Parliament of Lebanon is calling on its youth.

ParliYouth is an NBT initiative, built on one clear belief: Lebanon’s future is shaped long before the first election vote is cast. It is shaped when young people are trusted, empowered, and given real responsibility.

That is why ParliYouth is more than a program.
It is a national movement.

For the first time in Lebanon, students are invited into the law-making process — not as observers, but as contributors.

Through ParliYouth, young people identify real challenges facing the country and turn them into concrete policy proposals. They learn how laws are written, debated, challenged, and refined — exactly as it happens in Parliament.

Participants represent diverse perspectives, engage in structured debate, compare solutions, and vote to adopt a final legislative text.
An idea becomes a proposal.
A proposal becomes a voice.

Once finalized, the selected proposal is officially presented to Members of Parliament — opening the door to real discussion and the possibility of real implementation.

This is not a simulation of democracy.
It is participation in it.

Because at NBT, youth development has always been our focus, because investing in young people today builds a stronger, more resilient Lebanon tomorrow.

Don’t wait for change. Help build it.
