BodySpirit is a way of living that brings happiness and fulfillment based on physical/spiritual method and positive way of thinking. It is called "BodySpirit" not "Body and Spirit" to say that body and spirit are not two entities, they are one; body is the reflection of the spirit, and spirit is the inner truth o
f the body, like the two sides of the same paper, and like the “meaning” and the “letters” of a specific word. BodySpirit holds within it the feelings of the body, the emotions of the mind, consciousness of the spirit and the intelligence of all of them. This intelligence is related to the “Cosmic Order”, also called “Universal Intelligence”, or “Logos”. Finding your balance allow you to be aligned and in harmony with this cosmic order, then all your intentions will become true. We can see duality and diversity on the superficial level of everything, this is not illusion. This is part of the reality, this is the manifestation of the inner truth, where the source of energy, the power of life of all this diversity is embedded deeply. This is what we call the spiritual level, where everything is connected, where unity resides. So the superficial level is not illusion. The superficial level is real and it affects the spiritual level, and vice versa. To enjoy your life you have to learn the art of living knowing that human being is BodySpirit. So you have to give attention, and take care of both sides, don't work only on one side of them. On the other hand, BodySpirit is a new approach in the world of fitness; it is based on the interval training technique taking into consideration all the advantages of the following desciplines: Magical Passes, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, and Martial Arts...
On the physical level BodySpirit training system gives strength, speed, flexibility, balance, and endurance. The focus is on the whole body: upper part, core, and lower part. In addition to the big and superficial muscles, more focus is on the joints, tendons, small and deep muscles. Every movement is done with a mindfulness state of mind. BodySpirit also affects your ability to breath via different kind of breathing techniques. Some of them can be complemented with positive affirmations. BodySpirit can be practiced in parallel with any other kind of sport. So what makes the BodySpirit so attractive is its versatility, speaking to all ages, and fitness levels (beginners, intermediates, and advanced).
