Food and Roots

Food and Roots brand is developed by Food Heritage Foundation and supported by the Environment and Sustainable Development Unit at the American University of Beirut (ESDU-AUB). Food & Roots gathers, packages and sells traditional and innovative products from rural areas, in order to create market access to those small-scale local producers via several urban and rural point of sales.
