Our very own (soon to be Dr) Rawan Ghazzawi, PhD resident at EHMU American University of Beirut (AUB) and AUBMC from Tilburg University. Rawan’s work focuses on advancing our understanding of motivation and job crafting among nurses

Currently a PhD resident at Evidence-based Healthcare Management Unit at AUBMC - American University of Beirut Medical Center, Rawan Ghazzawi's (BA '11, MHRM '15) experience at the training department at Middle East Airlines - Air Liban reinvigorated her to rejoin 's Master's in HR Management program at . Through this program, Rawan soon realized the importance of having an active role in the dynamic exchange between research and practice. Being both critical and inquisitive, she decided to pursue her PhD in Organizational Psychology conducting quantitative and qualitative research. Based on her experience so far, Rawan acknowledges that "many skills are needed to be a top performer; however, communication, tech-savviness, and technical acumen top them all."
