AUB Nature Conservation Center

of promoting the conservation and sustainable use of biodiversity as a means to enable people to become the guardians and beneficiaries of their own natural heritage through research, education, community development, and knowledge dissemination. Today, it tackles environmental issues and opportunities at two levels:
- At the national level, AUB-NCC engages with individuals and communities to mitigate environmental problems and develop local opportunities
- At the international level, AUB-NCC works closely with governments and civil society organizations to support the development of policies and practice in line with sustainable development. AUB-NCC's primary objective is to raise awareness about various ecological concerns in the MENA region. It does so by disseminating knowledge about the environment and the importance of protecting it through responsible governance and safeguards.
