Tio Tanous journey began in 1919 when Tanous, the grandfather, returned from the USA and coupled with Farida to start a small cuisine using basic yet prime ingredients. Ninety years later, Tanous' grandchildren ventured in putting up few chairs and wooden tables in the middle of a small valley between the pine trees with a plan.
