A typical healthy day!
Breakfast :
2 Lu Carcotte
1 tablespoon of Philadelphia light
Snack 1 : 1 small Banana ๐
Lunch: vegetable Soup then the
spinach stew and rice๐ฅฆ๐ฅฌ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ฅ ๐

Snack 2 : 1 small orange ๐
Diner : 1.5 cups of plain pasta with 4 thin pieces of mozzarella light ๐
Snack 3: 1 small apple ๐
Donโt forget to drink water , 2 liters of water is needed to keep us hydrated all day!
and donโt forget to exercise at least 3 times per week!๐โโ๏ธ๐
