Top Floor Varnish is a water-borne, hybrid, acrylic-polyurethane, one-component, outdoor flooring varnish with high performance and unsurpassed durability. Due to its advanced composition, reinforced with carbon fibers, it is
an ideal product for application on all outdoor flooring made of wood or concrete, that is subject to heavy mechanical stress. It is distinguished for its supreme hardness and excellent resistance to abrasion and mechanical
stresses. Moreover, it has strong adhesion, and unique physico-chemical properties such as water impermeability and strong resistance to impact, abrasion, adverse weather conditions, UV radiation, frequent washing with strong detergents, and contact with greasy substances. It is odorless, does not turn yellow and provide long term protection due to its reinforced composition with carbon fibers and its antifungal action.
