📝 Ingredients:
🥗 4 cups mixed salad greens (romaine, iceberg, or arugula)
🍗 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
🥑 1 avocado, diced

These Baked Pears with Blue Cheese and Honey are a sophisticated and easy-to-make dish that combines the sweetness of baked pears with the creamy sharpness of blue cheese, topped off with a drizzle of honey. Perfect as a light appetizer, side dish, or even a simple dessert.
Ingredients:
4 ripe but firm pears (Bosc or Anjou work well)
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter.
2. Prepare the Pears:
Slice the pears in half lengthwise and remove the cores using a spoon or melon baller to create a small cavity for the filling.
Place the pear halves in the prepared baking dish, cut side up.
3. Add Blue Cheese and Nuts:
In the cavity of each pear half, place a generous amount of crumbled blue cheese.
If using nuts, sprinkle them over the cheese for added texture and crunch.
4. Bake the Pears:
Dot the top of each pear with a small piece of unsalted butter.
