Have you checked in on your colleagues affected by or ? Have you revisited the way you are operating to make sure that you are not leaving behind women affected by and displacement in parts of the ? Have you reviewed daily practices to make meetings for those with limited access? True empowerment lifts everyone up, and does not wait for 16 days of activism to show solidarity.
