As part of Time Line Therapy®️ Master Practitioner class, we learn how to reconnect with a loved one who crossed over so that we can use their resources and strategies .. the ones that we used to admire in them.
When I was teaching this class today, 2 days the memorial of those who crossed over .. I realized that I had a lot of unsaid words stuck in my heart and throat.
I already did the forgiveness part .. so there is no unfinished business . .yet .. there is so much unexpressed love .. back from the days where i was "emotionally constipated".

I am blessed to be surrounded by amazing graduates who will help me in this process .. so that I can release all what was stuck ...
The more I give .. the more I get.

It is amazing how one word can say so many things in so many different ways ..
When I wear my coaching hat, I am not allowed to judge .. and I fully respect the code of ethics.
Yet, in my personal life, I learned to master my tonality .. as for my eye rolling .. it is still a work in progress.😮
