Q: I am getting Bored at the Gym , feeling like its becoming a routine, what can I do ??
A: Try teaming up with someone to train together, have some fun, crack some jokes, and share some stories.
N.B: All pictures were taken prior to COVID-19 , stay safe , stay home.

Q: Are low weights enough ??

A: Well it depends on what is your end goal but either way try doing some Pyramid sets with low weights to add some fun and some monster scream tomatoe heads at the gym 😏.
Pyramid sets : Start with the lowest weight, gradually reach the highest weight and back to the lowest.
Example: (2Kg,10 reps)->(4Kg,10 reps)->(6Kg,10 reps)->(4Kg,10 reps)->(2Kg, 10 reps) = all of that is 1 set.
P.S: No resting between weights
