"Fake recruitment Adds":
There isn't a fake recruitment ad, but one of the trend "recruit & keep recruiting" with several points i would share with you:
1- to motivate existing staff.
2- to find good potentials as they are few this days. 3- companies can attract good peoples from competitors for employees ready to work and know well the work with the market sector without having to invest in him 5 to 6 months to be on the edge.
4-know more about market, competitors, clients behavior, details that is important that maybe they missed it.
5-it is a marketing tools that will be spread among job seekers (potential buyer), sometimes i wonder why recruiters treat the issue as it is a pentagon or state secret.
6- the problem is the job seekers in himself or herself as they just resend their cvs without reading well what the recruiter is asking, in my opinion job seekers should wright personalize cv for each job opportunity or add, taking into consideration the real need of the recruiter and what are the added values that he can give to the recruiter and what he have other candidates doesn't have.
