From March 22–27, 2026, the German-Lao Association for Development (GLAD), in collaboration with the District Education and Sports Offices of Salavan and Ta Oi districts, Salavan Province, distributed agricultural and livestock equipment to target groups under the "Promotion of Village Entrepreneurship through Basic Vocational Training Project, Phase II”.

📦 Distribution Details:

- Ta Oi District: Handover of vaccines, poultry feed, stable construction materials, fish ponds, and vegetable seeds to target groups in Padou, Pajukapa, Lapueng, and Xuengtamong villages.
- Salavan District: Handover of poultry stable construction materials and fish ponds to target groups in Nawa and Nonsavanh villages.

🎯 Key Objectives:
This support aims to empower local communities to become self-sufficient in food production, ensuring food security and better nutrition for households. Furthermore, it serves as a foundation for developing small-scale enterprises to generate sustainable income in the future.

The Role:
You will be the creative lead in developing culturally appropriate materials including videos, posters, and scripts to promote positive behavior change in nutrition, hygiene, and education across rural communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop simple, high-impact messages for rural audiences.
- Oversee media production (videos, illustrations, and role-plays).
- Coordinate with government partners and supervise project officers.
- Manage project reporting and IMC meetings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in communication for development.
- Strong scriptwriting and video production skills.
- Fluent in English and Lao.
- Willingness to travel and ability to drive in off-road/mountainous areas.
