Responsibilities:
- Financial analysis, valuations and financial modelling;
- Financial due diligence;
- Industry analysis and comprehensive research;
- Ex*****on of M&A, merchant banking, financing transactions;
- Preparation of client presentations and internal use memos.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics;
- 1.5-2 years of relevant experience;
- Strong financial modelling skills;
- Strong understanding of accounting;
- English language proficiency;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information;
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet time sensitive deadlines;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- A strong team player.
