Tobula

The apartment is located in the New Town neighborhood of Vilnius. In an old building that has been renovated keeping classical elements of the facade. 

The existing plan had a small bathroom and a small kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom.

Tobula proposed to connect the kitchen with the living room. This led to an increased area of the bathroom. A long and narrow bedroom was divided by adding a walk-in wardrobe.

The main inspiration for the interior design was some existing classical details of the facade and interior space. Those details were mixed with a modern minimalistic style thus resulting in a cozy and functional apartment.

Butas yra Vilniaus Naujamiestyje. Sename pastate, kuris buvo renovuotas išlaikant klasikinius fasado elementus. Esamame plane buvo nedidelis vonios kambarys , bei maža virtuvė, svetainė ir miegamasis.

Tobula pasiūlė sujungti virtuvę su svetaine. Tai leido padidinti vonios kambario plotą. Ilgas ir siauras miegamasis buvo padalintas pridedant drabužinę.

Pagrindinis interjero dizaino įkvėpimas buvo kai kurios esamos klasikinės fasado ir interjero erdvės detalės. Šios detalės buvo sumaišytos su moderniu minimalistiniu stiliumi, to pasekoje atnaujinti apartamentai gavosi jaukus bei funkcionalūs.

Park View - another Tobula success story. The studio was tasked with designing the reconstruction of an old apartment in Kazakhstan capital for a possible sale or rent.

The main attraction of the apartment is the view to the Ishim River and beyond it Central park. Consequently, all the barriers were removed to open the views. So, immediately, when entering the park is visible.

In the end the clients had a big competition between ambassadors of foreign countries for renting out the apartment...
