In August 1997, Icoa came to life as a humble chocolate shop nestled on the second floor of Pasadora Place. We embarked on our journey, driven by the desire to share the tantalizing flavors and aromas of chocolate with our community. A year later, we relocated to George Town Waterfront, immersing ourselves in the vibrant energy of the Cayman Islands.

2005: Our significant milestone:
The year 2005 marked a significant milestone in our evolution. We found our current home at Seven Mile Shops, West Bay Road, a place where we could truly manifest our culinary vision. Over the past two decades, Icoa Fine Foods has become synonymous with excellence in dining, catering, and confectionery.​
