Happy International Women’s Day💕🌺!
Stronger than yesterday 🤪💪🏼 I am trying to master that pull up but man they are hard. I am slowly working on all the muscles. I will eventually get 5 on my own with no resistance, I just know it!!!!! 👊🏼🤗

The importance of stretching after exercising.

🗣 stretching allows the body to cool down and allows your heart rate to come down
🗣 stretching helps to keep the muscles flexible, strong and healthy, flexibility helps to maintain a range of motion in our joints
🗣 stretching reduces lactic acid and helps to prevent aches and sores
🗣stretching may also reduce your risk of injury and can improve posture

Are you taking the time to stretch? Even if you have to jet off after a session or class, you should put aside at least 10 minutes to stretch daily. You will not regret it and you can use this time to unwind and relax after a busy day. 🙆🏼♀️

Whatever you got to do, get yourself moving! Find the right exercise for you, it could be running, spinning or lifting - you’ll know what you love when you find it. It may even be a mixture of them all.
