Special orders can be taken for 1/2 Lambs, smoked and served with rice, as well as Whole smoked Turkeys. We also offer a classic selection of beef cuts such as rib eye, tenderloin and ribs. Our signature sandwiches include Pulled Smoked Chicken, Rib Eye Sandwich and our mammoth Philly Cheese Steak :)
