2. Well Engineers (Slickline)

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in an Engineering Discipline, ideally Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
· Minimum 5 years experience and knowledge of Well Engineering functions, with experience in offshore work-related activities.
· Good knowledge and understanding of well operational aspects including completions, workover, well intervention (slick wireline operations, logging, fishing, CTU operation), etc.
· Good knowledge in production operations, well testing, and reservoir engineering.
· Computing skills including MS Office, Well Intervention modeling software.
· Leadership and safety training.
· Good English technical writing.

Professional Certifications
· Basic Safety Training
· Offshore Survival certificate (preferred)
· IWCF Well Intervention certification (preferred).
Membership of Leading Petroleum/Drilling Societies an advantage.

JOB PURPOSE:
Plans and co-ordinates all / activities in the field. Supervises service companies carrying out wireline
operations on all type of wells ensuring that such operations are implemented efficiently, safely with cost effective in line
with technical and service standards.

Minimum Qualification
 Diploma or higher with full-time training leading to a technical diploma.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
 5 -6 years’ experience in wireline or operation involving maintenance/repair of tools/equipment of which
2 years should have been in supervisory role / capacity.

Geologist for a Geotechnical company in Lebanon (Entry level)
Job description
Function:

- To assist the Geotechnical Engineer and/or the Head of Geotechnical Division, supervises the drilling crew, technicians and labors in the operation of geotechnical investigation, testing and consultations works.

- To establish work priorities for the testing of geotechnical samples.

- To control, operate and perform testing on soils and rock samples.

- To organize sampling and testing work in coordination with the laboratory and on site under the directives of the Geotechnical Engineer.

- To oversee and perform adequate inspection on the drilling and sampling operation in the field.

- To perform inspection duties as directed by the Geotechnical Engineer and the Head of Geotechnical Division.

- To ensure a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation, and meet established deadlines of the field inspection or investigation and the laboratory testing works.
