Senior Training Consultant is required
-3+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer/Consultant in terms of delivering training services and/or advice in the IT.
- A graduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
- Experience with a subset of the following learning Topics:
• Mobile Application Development (IOS, Android)
• Microsoft Office & Business Skills
• Business Application Development (Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM)
• Interactive Graphics Designer
• Big Data and Analytics
• Cyber Security (CEH, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC)
• Cisco Specializations (Routing / Switching / Datacenter / Security / Cloud)
• Microsoft System Centers Servers, Cloud Solutions
• Project Management, ITIL & Six Sigma
• Red Hat
• Agile Project Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct traditional classroom training
• Lead and facilitating workshops focused towards the customer/contractor’s specific needs/problem area
• Prepare, maintain and customize training material
• Liaison with customer/contractors in preparing training logistics
• Work closely with the account managers to establish and develop new sales opportunities
• Analyze new and ongoing customer needs, and prepare effective training materials to address those needs
• Communicate with customers and the sales team on recommended course curriculums that best meet the customer’s needs
• Learn new technologies and stay current on changes in the industry
