Alpha Korean Class
Hyun-Sil Seo's love of teaching began in 2015. She used to give free Hangul lessons to four students while living in Melbourne, Australia. In the next coming years, she taught Korean online to thousands of students, while continuing to expand her own English language proficiency and communicating skills. Hyun Sil Seo returned to Korea and received her M.A. in Korean Language Education from Ewha Womans University in 2019.

π Exclusive Korea Tour: Helena as Your Guide?!
Hi, Everyone! π
It's Helena from Alpha Korean Class! I've got some exciting news to share, and I just couldn't wait to get this newsletter out to you.
Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to meet two cherished individuals connected to Alpha Korean Class right here in Korea. One of them is none other than our team member and writer, Chris! π
Chris recently retired and spent 20 exhilarating days exploring Korea. She journeyed from Seoul to Busan and Incheon and had an absolute blast! Although she missed out on visiting Pohang, the filming location for 'Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha', due to transportation limitations. π
This experience sparked an idea in me: what if your favorite Korean teacherβyep, that's meβcould guide you on your personal travel journey through Korea while also teaching you Korean? Intriguing, isn't it? πΊοΈπ°π· For reference, For reference, Chris paid around $50 per hour for her personal guide and managed to accomplish so much in just one day in Seoul, all without wasting time getting lost or consulting maps. How does that sound to you?
I reside in Incheon, so whether you've just landed in Korea or you're about to depart, you could spend a day or two here in Incheon meeting up with me before heading to or from Incheon Airport. And if you find yourself in Seoul and need a guide, count me in!
So, what do you think? Are you as excited about this as I am? π€
