IN RESIDENCE: Kyle Nieva at the International Film Business Academy in South Korea, as one of two international fellows selected for the Business Track at the Busan Asian Film School.

Set in Busan, Asia’s first UNESCO-designated City of Film, AFiS is one of Asia’s leading training grounds for emerging film producers and film business professionals. Its Business Track prepares future executive producers, policymakers, and industry practitioners through a curriculum spanning financing, marketing, distribution, film law, film policy, talent management, and global production, shaped by both the Korean and global film industries.

As we look back on the recent Asia Pacific Screen Awards—the region's highest accolade in film—we are honored to have had our very own Kyle Nieva participating as a delegate for the Motion Picture Association (MPA) Asia Pacific!

The MPA is the leading advocate of the film, television, and streaming industry around the world—representing the interests of its six members, namely Walt Disney Studios, Netflix, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Universal Studios, and Warner Bros. Entertainment.
