Same as last posting about the ' (Rock)-wool ', today we would like to introduce about the ' /PIR ' we supplied to the same Japanese client last year;

1. Our clients expect that the frequency of manual labor can be reduced by incorporating various machines such as the notching machine, closure bending machine, pick & place machine, and loader/unloader machine in one production line.

2. As per client's request, we supplied 10x10 hot press machine, and it is expected that a client can have much more production capacity than other competitor who has been using hot press as general specification, 2x2 or 5x5.

3. As KINDUS SV dispatched, they completed the installation, commissioning works and supervision, and we're still communicating with client actively.

1. This PU/PIR sandwich production line is able to produce PU/PIR sandwich panel and insulation board(PU/PIR) production in one line.

2. Now, this client had became an owner who has a complete set of continuous PU/PIR sandwich panel production line with 'Lateral(Cooling) system' and 'Turning & Stacking system' for maximum 20m product length.

3. 40m length double belt slat conveyor is being applied, and client can produce thick product as stable condition.
