It also known as the king of rock teas(rock tea is a subcategory of Oolong tea). Authentic rock tea is a specialty product unique to Wuyi, Fujian. Da Hong Bao embodies the essence of Wuyi's unique terroir. Nestled in the mountainous region of Wuyi, Fujian, it thrives on mineral-rich soil and an ideal year-round climate, aptly reflected in the Chinese saying, "好山好水出好茶" (Good mountains and good water produce good tea). 🔥 Slow-roasted over low heat using natural wood charcoal, these leaves acquire subtle smoky notes and enhanced sweetness. The production of this tea is both very laborious and requires meticulous skilled craftsmanship.
