Identifying special cuisines
Introduction
Each country has its own unique traditional dish to serve to the guest, either at a specific meal time or for a specific event.
Because each country attracts tourists from all over the world, it is not only important to show local cuisine, but also to provide their favorite dishes.
Therefore, it is important that chefs understand special dishes and cuisines from different countries in the world.
While having an understanding of all cuisines is not possible of practical, normally an understanding of cuisines of countries that most of their customers come from is advantageous.
This manual will explore the different types of cuisines that we should provide to international customers and considerations when preparing, cooking, serving and storing ingredients and meals themselves.
