Our concept is to provide expert staff for each aspect of project sale & marketing and property management. Each office staff member has a specific area of responsibility and works in conjunction with project sale & marketing manager and the Property Manager to provide the administrative support. This enables the Project Sale & Marketing Manager and Property Manager to focus on the property itself for exclusive sale, maintenance issues, property inspections with follow-up, contractor supervision, and a close working relationship with the board of directors. It also allows each staff member to be totally familiar with the day-to-day status of your community as it pertains to their area of expertise. Never again will you have to wait for your Sale and Marketing Manager and Property Manager to "get back to you" regarding the exact financial position of your community, any ongoing collection matter, the status of a rental application, or other matters pertaining to your community. We encourage our Board Members to work directly with each individual member of our staff so they can have their questions answered immediately.
