- What about returns and exchanges? We do everything we can for our customer satisfaction, and we carry only the quality and value products. If your order is damage or for some reason you are not happy, then we aren’t happy either. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7 days return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following term and condition:
- Items must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy doesn’t not apply to items which have been state as non-exchangeable or non-refundable on our policy.
