of learners has significantly increased, FML has expanded its training programs. Eventually, it has completely transformed to become a university and took the name as Build Bright University (BBU) in 2002. The third and biggest campus, Tonle Basak Campus, has emerged on the most public concentrated area along the Tonle Basac river in Khan Chamkarmon. The university's head office has then moved to locate on this campus. Today, the three campuses have over 12,000 students enrolled in different courses among six Faculties: Business Management, Tourism & Hospitality, Sciences & Technologies, Education & Languages, Law & Social Sciences, and Foundation year.
