Wong & Meas Restaurant Co., Ltd is looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to support our growing team and ensure our "Empire" runs smoothly from the heart of our operations.

Major Responsibilities:
-Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from posting job ads to welcoming new team members.

-Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive work environment and clear communication.
-HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage leave tracking, and assist with payroll preparation.
-Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure all HR activities align with Cambodian Labor Law and company internal policies.
-Office Management: Oversee general administrative tasks, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and document filing (hard copy and digital).
-Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring staff KPIs and organizing regular training or hygiene competency tests.

Who We Are Looking For
+Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in HR and Administration (experience in the F&B or hospitality sector is a plus).
+Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
+Skills: Strong communication in Khmer and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting) is essential.
+Character: A highly organized problem-solver who maintains confidentiality and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
+Knowledge: Solid understanding of local labor regulations and HR best practices.
