📢 Job Opening: Japanese-speaking Staff (1 Position)

JCI LAB is looking for a motivated and responsible Japanese-speaking Staff to join our team and support Japanese clients in Cambodia.

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
📍 Location: Phnom Penh

**Key Responsibilities

• Support and assist Japanese clients visiting Cambodia
• Arrange airport pick-up/drop-off and transportation
• Accompany clients to property viewings and explain properties
• Assist with bank and securities account opening
• Coordinate with banks and related partners
• Respond to emails and inquiries (Japanese & English)
• Provide local support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service
• Conduct research on real estate, finance, and market trends
• Translation (Khmer ⇄ English ⇄ Japanese) as needed
• Support company events and investment seminars
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

**Requirements

• Japanese level N2 or above (N3 accepted with strong English)
• Good communication skills in Japanese (English is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Friendly, responsible, and open-minded personality
• Presentable and able to work with clients directly
• Able to travel for client support
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Flexible to work on weekends or evenings when required
