4/ You think you have the greatest idea and you will win. You are wrong.

5/ You think you are younger founder and you will win. You are wrong.

6/ You think you start early and you will win. You are wrong.

7/ You think you have all the technology to build your startup and you will win. You are wrong.

8/ You think you have all the connection and you will win. You are wrong.

9/ You think you are the PR genius and you will win. You are wrong.

10/ You think you are a number 1 presenter and you will win. You are wrong.

11/ You think you work 20 hours a day and you will win. You are wrong.

12/ You think you are an industrial professional with 20 years experiences and you will win. You are wrong.

13/ You think you have been successful in previous industry and now you run the startup, and you think you will win. You are wrong.

14/ You think you read the books about all successful persons in the world and you know you will win. You are wrong.

15/ You think you are always a top 1 of the classes back at school years and you will win. You are wrong.

16/ You think you are the winner of every incubator and accelerator program, and you will win your startup. You are wrong.

In startup, you never know. Nothing guarantee your success.

But at least these 5 qualities are something:

1/ Endurance: You can go through extreme hardship for a very long period of time.

2/ Team: An unbreakable spirit whether in up and down time.

3/ Discipline: A great thing never come from a poor working discipline person or team.

4/ Attitude: When thing is uncertain, you have to believe and have faith in yourself and in what you are doing.

5/ Flexibility: There is almost none that a successful business today is the same original concept yesterday. The end justify the mean or the mean justify the end is not the matter as long as you get the result you want.

And finally, the number one quality in every super founder is endurance. You have the stamina to go through extreme suffering in a very long period of time and you still don’t give up. You dare to try a thing when millions don’t. That’s a decisive quality. The courage to go a step further even when you think you can’t. That is the one. That is you.
