Max set off into the Chyulu Hills - four days on foot for a cause that means a lot to him.

After spending time living and working with the Rangers, he saw firsthand the conditions they operate in and the reality of life on the front line. He’s now raising funds to help upgrade their 25-year-old outposts - improving ranger welfare and strengthening their ability to protect Kenya’s wildlife. All donations are matched.

If you can, please support his walk. And if not, send him a message - it’ll mean a lot over the next few days.

Mobility training

Long hours. Rough tracks. No room for breakdowns.
Keeping vehicles sharp means rangers can reach wildlife faster, respond to threats quicker, and cover more ground each day.

It’s not just about driving - it’s about staying ready for whatever the bush demands.

Every mile run at the For Rangers Ultra helps protect the people who protect rhinos.

Funds raised support vital ranger welfare and safety; from life-saving equipment and communications technology to training, medical support and insurance for rangers and their families.

Because conservation isn’t just about wildlife. It’s about the courageous individuals on the frontline every single day.

🏃‍ Support the runners. Stand with rangers. Protect rhinos.

Downtime on the dam 🛶

Between patrols and protection, the Rangers from across Laikipia find a rare moment to paddle. Guardians of the wild - sharing still water, open skies and a well-earned pause.
