Political leaders often lose elections due to incompetence, corruption, arrogance, poor communication, broken promises, and a lack of transparency and accountability. Yet many business and societal leaders are GUILTY of the very same shortcomings.

True leadership is not confined to politics. For nations, organizations, and communities to thrive, we need leaders at all levels who are responsible, visionary, ethical, and genuinely accountable to the people they lead.
