Favier is now 12!

Twelve years in really means choosing to consistently show up for the vision of the organization, for the team, and for the clients. Since founding Favier in 2014, we have continuously evolved and it's been a lovely journey as we share below.

At Year 3, we launched Favier Productions which created the space to invest in young creative talent, support more women mentees, and contribute to Kenya’s Creative Economy. The years that followed thereafter were about discipline, growth, and earning trust, eventually positioning us as a leading corporate production partner.

Then came 2024! The BIG 10!
We launched , our Communications for Development company focused on Impact Communications and supporting organizations to communicate their ESG impact and how they touch the lives of their very last consumer in ways that are visible, relatable, and impossible to ignore. Because today, what matters is: What difference are you making? Who are you transforming? What legacy are you building? And that is where we come in.

In 2026, at our 12year milestone, we step into an even more expansive and globally relevant era with the launch of The (ASE), a narrative platform and podcast exploring innovation, policy, entrepreneurship, culture, and African-led solutions shaping the continent today.

Twelve years later, we are still reinventing, still building, still expanding.
