How I will keep you updated on my progress is by updating planned menu/workouts VS actual food and workouts for the week every Sunday/Monday. Weigh in as well....
For now, I will be on the Keto diet, 2liters of water and 3miles walk. Im also planning to do a workout challange with my girls
I don't measure the food, I eat to my fill.. And I really eat! Veggies/Salad and meat (fish, pork, beef, lamb, liver, eggs) are what's available to me. I have avos with almost all my meals. Lucky they are in season.

Good morning family,
I did lazy keto for the last week.
Dated 27th to 3rd May.
Ate potatoes, rice and bread in very small quantities.
Generally had
egg and avos for breakfast
Meat and veggies/salad for lunch and dinner
Didnt have a schedule or menu. Worked with the flow. I was visiting just went with the flow. It was very easy.

4cups of coffee in milk
1.5liters water
I also excersised... I did 1.5miles of a home DVD - walk away the pounds
