2. Drive PAR reduction across all loan products.
3. Lead field tracing, skip tracing & customer visits.
4. Oversee repossession of logbook & boda boda assets.
5. Analyze delinquency trends & recommend corrective action.
6. Coordinate with auctioneers, legal teams & investigators.
7. Recruit, train & manage collections teams.
8. Set KPIs and enforce branch accountability.
