COOK REQUIRED

JESSIMA Dishes is an eating house in Downtown Nairobi on ukwala road and is looking for a cooks who;

1. Is an early riser.
2 Is a team player.
3. Is ready to work in a fast paced environment.
4. Is very good with pastry. I.e
a. Mandazi
b. Chapati
C Samosa
D. Kebabs

5. Can also make the following meals with minimum spices

a Beef, liver, kienyeji chicken, whole fish and fish fillet dishes
b. Soups
c. Beans, Njahi, Minji and ndengu dishes
d. Normal and Kienyeji dishes.

Jessima Dishes is looking a Pastry chef to join the team.

He should be an all round chef but especially good with Mandazi, chapati and samosa.

He should be a strong team player and an early riser.
