7 Habits That Reduce The Value of The Nairobi Woman
-By Miss Mandi
For the past few months, I have come to notice something weird about women, especially when they are in the clubs.
I have coined a name for this weird behaviour: ‘Bottom bitch behaviour’.
1.You never miss any social event
2.You like flocking where men have several bottles on the table
*Nothing is as unattractive as a chick who goes out but can’t even afford one drink.
3.Taking off your heels in the club
*Ladies, invest in heels that are comfortable. Walking barefoot in the club is not a cute look. It simply makes you look tacky.
4.Tagging your pack of girlfriends to a date
*Ladies, if a man invites you out for a drink, he only invited you. He did not ask for you to bring your girlfriends.
5.Throwing yourself at every man that gives you attention
6.Don’t fall for every guy who tells you sweet nothings.
*Men go to the club to have fun and whispering sweet nothings in a woman’s ear is something they do to massage their egos.
7.Don’t go overboard with the dancing
*Unless you are a dancer, don’t make a fool of yourself trying to show off dancing skills to people who will later discuss you.
A man will treat a woman according to the traits she displays, the sooner you realise that, the better.

*They rob you valuables eg. phones, money, laptops, jewellery etc
*They go with women's handbags a times when they don't have time to go through them
*They strip men who have valuable jackets, trousers and shoes
*Force everyone to open there M-pesa accounts and they empty your accounts
*Most car-jackings occur late as from 7-10 pm and early as 4-6am

Sh**ha Could be Deadlier Than Ci******es
By Abigael Sum
Medical experts have warned Kenyans against smoking the now trendy sh**ha.
They said sh**ha is a drug, with harmful effects. Speaking at the National Authority for Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse ( Nacada) conference, the health experts said tests indicate there are addictive constituents in sh**ha, which include op**te, a powerful drug just like heroine and bhang.
Dr James Gathumbi, a medical researcher and lecturer at the University of Nairobi, noted drug traffickers are now using sh**ha to conceal narcotics. Sh**ha is to***co mixed with molasses or honey. It comes in a variety of flavours including apple, grape, guava, lemon and mint.
He stated health hazards of smoking sh**ha are similar to those associated with cigarette smoking like lung and esophageal cancer, chronic bronchitis, low birth weight, asthma and pneumonia attacks, among others.
“Sh**ha is more harmful than cigarette. It has more ni****ne and tar compared to cigarette. Smoking a session of sh**ha is like smoking 20 ci******es at a go,” he said.
