Responsibilities
Process and ship online orders from the website
Process walk in orders on the POS system
Handle customer calls respond promptly to emails and enquiries
Ensure customer orders are dispatched and customers updated
Log information on the ERP system
Any other duties you will be assigned by your Manager
Requirements
Working hours 8 am to 6pm weekdays and 8am to 2pm Saturday
Preferably a female candidate with a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Integrity is a must for this position
A born again Christian is preferred
