At African eDevelopment Resource Centre, we off Prince2 Foundation + Practitioner.

PRINCE2 is a process-based approach for project management, providing an easily tailored and scalable project management methodology for the management of all types of projects. The method is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK and is practiced worldwide. This structured approach to project management provides a method for managing projects within a clearly defined framework. Divided into manageable stages, the method enables an efficient control of resources. Being a structured method, which is widely recognized and understood, PRINCE2 provides a common language for all participants in the project.
